Phase Two: Open Bid Process

- Manage an Open Bid Process to find the best price, without compromising high-performance standards.
Phase Three: HVAC Audit and Energy Audit with Thermal Imaging, Draft-Proofing, & Insulation
- We can provide you with a third-party HVAC and energy audit, a detailed description of the energy-saving opportunities in your space, prioritized by quickest payback. The performance and comfort of your space is inspected with:
- HVAC Audit: Manual J and D tests
- Energy Audit: A combination of Blower Door, Duct Blaster and Thermal Imaging tests.
The results from the site visit are put into an energy modeling software that helps accurately determine the measures that will give you the highest return on your investment. You will receive a report explaining what can be done, how much it will cost, and how long it will take for these measures to pay you back every month.
Phase Four: Installation of Energy-saving and Energy-producing Technologies
- Weatherization (air sealing, insulation, etc.) Complete low-cost energy-saving initiatives first.
- Cool Roof: highly reflective elastomeric roof coating to reduce your cooling load by reflecting heat away from your building. This coating acts as a waterproof roof membrane, in case you need to replace your roof.
- HVAC: redesign, seal, insulate, integrate automatic economizers and resize your unit, according to the manual J and manual D tests.
- LED lighting retrofit
- Solar PV and Solar Thermal

- Energy Monitoring System and dashboard software to show how your are using and saving energy.
- Third-party Energy and HVAC verification audit to confirm that your systems were installed to provide maximum efficiency.
